Showing variant data in product title on product page

Hi,

I want to know if there is an opportunity to display variant data in the product title. If possible I want the product title to change by selecting a different variant. While talking to a Shopify representative I was told the proces might require some coding by a Shopify Expert. So I am here to ask for your expertise.
