Is there any additional information you can provide? Are there any errors you're able to see?
Typically if a signature is not matching (and only when dealing with a single merchant) it's a case of them having their gateway credentials entered incorrectly in their Shopify admin. I'd recommend reviewing their credentials with them in this case and more often than not you'll see the issue clear up.
