We are having issues with an API integration we have between our Shopify and warehousing system. It appears the site is not processing the stock overnight files. So my questions are:

1) We don't have any time of day restrictions on the API, it sounds like there may be some issues with the app itself.
2) We don't zeroize any stock, we respect the values that are sent via API. If there's an error, we just don't make any changes to the inventory.
