Site speed issues - unknown resource - intl.TelInput.js

Hi there, our site speed on Gtmetrix seems to have doubled, which is very concerning. The main suggestion it's always fed back is related to this :

I have no idea what this .js file is — can we delete it somehow? Would you be able to take a look at the GTMetrix report and make any suggestions for us? We have tried consulting a couple of freelancers to help but they weren't much use. This is really important for us to fix - our conversion rate has been below 1% even though we have a good product and passionate customers; I believe if we can finally fix the site speed issues we will have a better chance at success on Shopify.
