Submitting App gets rejected for "App must be served over HTTPS"

I have an app that was previously approved but now I need to submit again under a different app because the app listing slug and App Bridge URL extension are wrong. However, now that I created a new app I am getting an auto rejection saying 'App must be served over HTTPS.'.  Even though the app is served over HTTPS and I verified it. Also wouldn't I not be able to view the app if it was not served on HTTPS?

The auto-check system seems very unreliable because I was having similar issues the first time getting the app approved. My experience is that it would get through at random submissions with no change in the app. Please let me know if there are any steps I can take to prevent this.

Thanks for the help.

I am having the same problem. Support via chat is not helpful. Any updates on this?

This is happening to us too.  We don't have any http endpoints in our app, nor are there any references to http in our app setup.  Any ideas on how to debug this?

Just a wild guess (which is probably wrong), but is the app server on your end dropping down to deprecated TLS SSL? For example, anything less than TLS 1.2?

This resolved itself after a retry, a bit puzzling as to why, but the end result is that it's no longer an issue.  For others coming here with a similar issue, waiting a bit and trying again may resolve the issue.
