We are working on an app, and we are already successfully tested Products API, Inventory API, Customers API and Orders API on a development store. We'd like to test the Shopify Payments API as well, but when we are trying to for example get balance or payouts, we are getting a '404' error in return.
Is there a way to test Payments API on a development store and what steps do we have to complete for that?
