From the past couple of days, the webhooks are not getting triggered to our couple of our apps. But it is getting triggered for our other app. We even checked the SSL certificate and it seems to be valid. Not sure what went wrong with the uninstall webhooks
Can any one please help me to fix this?
Have you tried querying the webhook endpoint on a shop to ensure the webhook subscription is active? If you do this and the webhook doesn't appear to exist, it's possible your app stopped responding at one point so Shopify deleted the webhook. Did you have any downtime on your webhook domain recently?
If you provide the name of the app, I can install/uninstall it on my test store and let you know what I see in the logs for webhooks.
