Update Multiple Inventory Levels

Hello - 

If I have an order that sells 3 separate items, ie Shirt A, Shirt B, Shirt C, is it possible to update the inventory of these items via the InventoryLevel endpoint through a single call?

I'm wondering if using the GraphQL api that it might be possible.
