Updating App Scopes?

I want to add scope "write_inventory" for our app. How can i do it without telling to our users to uninstall and reinstall our app?

The user does not have to uninstall and re-install the app, they just need to re-authorize your app with the new access scopes. Follow the steps in this document under "Step 2: Ask for Permission" to show the authorization prompt to the user. In a nutshell, you need to re-direct the user the following URL with the query string parameters filled out: 

https://{shop}.myshopify.com/admin/oauth/authorize?client_id={api_key}&scope={scopes}&redirect_uri={redirect_uri}&state={nonce}&grant_options[]={access_mode}
