My name is Harel, and I'm the founder of Staffy - a staff management platform for Shopify.
We are live in the app store since last October, and the Users API has been restricted since.
Staffy for obvious reasons can get a huge benefit for using this API.
However, the strange thing is the following: our competitors Homebase are live in the app store for about a month or so, and they have full access to the API, including reading Users' details and PIN codes for the POS system.
Can anyone from Shopify please explain to me how can we gain access as well as equal app partners?

The User API is restricted to Shopify Plus. Therefore only Plus-certified partners would be able to access this.
If Staffy is a Plus-certified partner, please reach out to Partner support from inside your Partner dashboard (to be pre-authenticated, should be more efficient).

As I mentioned earlier - our competitors have full access to the users as a public app, and they are not certified-plus partners.
That is the reason I am asking this here.
