Webhook cart

Is there any way to catch customer ID from cart create /update webhook?
We want to make cart is cloudy between web and mobile app.

The cart create / update does not yet have Customer information. You will have to listen for checkout updates. https://shopify.dev/docs/admin-api/rest/reference/events/webhook?api[version]=2020-04
