Hello, @viving, that does not sound ideal. Could you provide us with more information like your shop id, how you registered the webhook (e.g. through which app, or if it was a manual registration in the admin), and the topic you're expecting to see?

My id is ca-food-pro.myshopify.com. My site is a Japanese site.
I set up the webhook like this.
This is a 'create order' hook.
I succeeded to set it up tho, around one week later, the setting was disappeared from the hooks setting on the notification setting screen. However, this hook is working now like a ghost.
