Webhooks or events in shopify api for the work with PriceRule and DiscountCode

Hi, can you help me with my issue? I am working on Shopify app that interacts with discounts. Is there a way how my app can catch the event of coupon code change from admin panel using Shopify api? I need to update this code in a database of my app. I can't implement synchronization when I use my app because admin can change discount code without entering this app, and I really to keep all settings and coupon codes updated. I went through Shopify API but didn't find a way how I can implement this.

There are events for PriceRules - https://help.shopify.com/en/api/reference/events/event#price_rules-2019-07 , unfortunately, there are no events/webhooks for Discounts.
