What api is used to indicate completion of the order？

Is there an API that can indicate that the order is complete, that is, the consumer has no refund and no return after receiving the goods？

We are a platform for cash back, we need to confirm that consumers have really completed their orders.

You can query the Order API, which will tell you if the order is paid, whether it has shipped, and if there are any refunds. The response will include details about the fulfillments as well, so you can use this to see if the item has been delivered.
