Why I'm not able to update HSC code on Inventory item of product

Hello,

I'm trying to update inventory item `harmonized_system_code` but not able to update it. when I remove it rest working well but whenever I add this hsc it's not working and receiving 422 Unprocessable entity error. 

I would like to add update inventory item hsc code.
