During the past two days we have been getting complains from our users reporting that even they provided “other” as the tracking company (courier) when fulfilling the orders, the orders are still being assigned a wrong/random tracking company or tracking URL on Shopify. Have you seen this error before? If so, how can I fix it?
To me it sounds like there are two apps trying to fulfill the same orders. In order to look into this further I would need some order, fulfillment or X-Request-ID, values to look into. Those should be safe to post here as they are opaque to anyone else.
