checkout failing with 500 error response from server at cart page

Hello,

 

Anyone has seen something like this. After hitting checkout I get an error page like this. Nthing in the network but the cart says 500 response from the server in the console.

 

Note: It happens for products after to cart with cart js (version 0.4.0 author: Gavin Ballard)

Any help on this would be much appreciated.

Hi @SBD_ 

 

Thank you for looking in. Yes, it is happening when an item is added to the cart using 3rd party cart js. (https://cartjs.org/)

note: I use their previous stable version and it works for many stores but not two. After cart item is added I can see the items on the page as well as cart son. but up next in the checkout post I get this broken page without any valid error message.

 

I have tried changing theme, but not finding a significant reason for this issue.

Hmm I'm unable to replicate. Are you able to capture the request ID from the response headers of the 500?
