tender_transactions API call does not retrieve result

Hi Team,
The tender_transactions API call does not retrieve result when we pass values in both the parameters "processed_at_min" and "processed_at_max".
But it returns result when we pass the value in the param "processed_at".

Also, there is no API to retrieve payment information of an order directly using the "order_id" as parameter. This is completely missing in Shopify and should be taken care of.

Can you provide a request ID (x-request-id from the response headers) for a call where the transactions API doesn't return any results where you expect they should?

If you are using the REST API, you can get transaction info of an order using 

https://<shopname.myshopify.com>/admin/api/2020-07/orders/<id>/transactions.json

Hi Kevin,

I'm asking for tender transactions API extension, in which we can retrieve
the order payment method information on passing the order id as parameter.
This is not there currently.
What you are suggesting is altogether different. Its the basic order
information API.

And regarding the tender transactions API not retrieving result when passed
values in both processed_at_min and processed_at_max parameters, I'd like
to have a direct meeting with you. Let me know a suitable time to align on
this.
