Shopify Team rejected app reason listed as below.

Your app is unable to be reinstalled to the same shop. Be sure to reference this document to learn more about uninstalling applications. Here's what happens when we try to reinstall your application.

There is no more information available and we can do test through same URL.

We dont have any steps how to test such re-installation.

You can see their approval team tried some internal test app url, but that url not working when we try to perform test.

For questions about the app review process and why a specific review failed, it is best to reach out to Partner Support directly from the 'Support' section within the Shopify Partner Dashboard. The awesome Partner Support team will be able to help handle most of your questions.

 

The URL of https://apps.shopify.com/internal/app_submissions/18657/install_app is internal to Shopify only, which is why you cannot access it. However it should just redirect/link to the URL you provided on how to install your application.

 

If you have any specific questions about the OAuth process during re-installation, or about Shopify's APIs and SDKs, then we'd be happy to answer them in the forums.
