500 Error with Aramex

I'm receiving an error with the Aramex app (https://apps.shopify.com/aramex). When I click on the app from the apps page (https://mystore.myshopify.com/admin/apps) I receive this error:

AH! 500 Error!

We're sorry, but something went wrong.

 

Any idea whats going on here or how to fix this?

Hello,
The most common 500 errors are caused by DB inconsistencies between development & production environments. I don’t know about mongoid, but with the likes of MYSQL / PGSQL, the issue will be to do with not migrating in production.
The link you have provided is showing the page not found, so this is related to the IP address issue, If you use a third party domain, the IP address will be more than 1, Your Shopify domain can switch between these IP addresses at any time.
