I have placed a test on my own sample store, and am not able to replicate this at this time; the app does appear to be installing ok for me here.
Would you be able to try to add this to your store once again?
I suggest to clear your browser cache or perhaps test from a different browser.

Thanks, but I have already cleared my browser cache, tried a different browser, and also used the Shopify mobile app to install the app, and I get the same thing each time, so I don't think its a browser issue.
