Adding Seguno newsletter signup form to footer of template

Hello,

I am using the Minimal template which came with mailChimp included, and has with a newsletter signup form in the footer. Now I changed to Seguno and although I was able to configure the app correctly, I can't seem to find a way to change the footer signup form from mailChimp to Seguno. Can anyone help me achieve this?

I'm having the same problem with Mobile.  I'd like to just remove the newsletter section altogether.  Did you ever figure this out?
