I requested an additional 14 day free trial from Spocket which was granted however I was still charged the $99, I have been trying to get this resolved ALL day with little to no communication for Spocket. This is very discouraging as new business owner dealing with APPs recommended by Shopify.

How can I get some sort of resolution to this matter?
