App billing issue

I'm having troubles with app billing. I signed up for a free trial with Spocket and went to enable the payment on Shopify's end and I've been stuck on the below page for 2 hours.

Would you be able to send me your store URL so I may take a look into your billing invoices? You should be okay to leave the page you are currently on for the time being. I will confirm if the charge was successful before you can try again.
