I found tiered pricing apps yet nothing for a 2 tiered pricing app.
I work in the coin industry with razor thin margins and cannot take credit cards for everything.
For some items, that 3% or whatever is an incentive to offer a cash discount for payment via check or bank wire transfer.
example: $1000 credit card price OR $970 check or bank wire transfer
