App for out of stock products

Hello,
I'm looking for an application that allows to show products out of stock like this:

I can't find any, other that application to hide those products. But I don't want to hide them I want them to show they are out of stock. I hope someone can help me. Thanks !

Thank you for the app, but it doesn't work and I think it's because of the app Product Filter & Search..

Do you know, perhaps, another app that allow to see the text "out of stock" but for all the variant of one product ?

Ultimate Filter & Search app has the feature to show/ hide unavailable variants. You can duplicate the original theme without any filter app code and set up this app to test if it meets your requirements.
