Just to clarify are you an app developer selling your app on the Shopify App Store? If this is the case it would seem very strange especially if you have signified this in the settings. If this is the case, your best bet would be to reach out to our Partner support team directly to see why this might be happening.
This situation is a little unique and would probably be best looked at by our Partner Support team directly. You can do this by calling the number in the screenshot or emailing/ live chat with the Partner Support team from your Partner Dashboard.
You can see the help guide where Shopify mentioning this here. I don't like to send somebody somewhere else from the community normally but this is definitely the best and most efficient way forward for you.
