App to import product data easily

Anyone have a suggestion for an app that I can use to add products to my site and update some info if necessary.

I want to be able to use vendor supplied csv.

It needs to be able to update things like prices if there is a change.

It needs to not change product descriptions when a good one exists already (vendor descriptions are terrible somethimes)

Add products that are not in my data base already.

Someway to set those to new products to the pos sales channel only

Or am I just dreaming that something like this exists?

I do not think of any app to this out of the box. I have done similiar automat for a customer and happy to go over your requirement
