For example:

10% off $50
15% off $75
All using 1 coupon code or an automatic discount

The one that I've found to be the highest-rated and looks to fit exactly what you need is Discounted Pricing by Booster Apps. Pricing for this app does start at $19.99 and varies depending on your Shopify plan.

If you're looking for a cheaper option, it looks like the $9.99 plan for Volume & Tiered Discounts by Hulk Apps would also work for you. This plan offers cart total discounts and the ability to tag specific customers with a discount type.
