Hi all,

I am Mukul, Co-founder of Appointo(https://apps.shopify.com/appointo). 'Appointo' is an appointment booking software, which aims to save time, accelerate appointment sales, and improve service quality. We are constantly working on improving the appointment scheduling and booking experience for Shopify merchants and their customers. Our goal is to provide the best booking solution possible through which your customers will have an extremely pleasant booking experience. After being in the space for almost 8 months, we understand that there are different requirements and possibilities to set up scheduling for your store. A few months back, we realized scheduling setup can be a big issue if you have more team members. The way Shopify permission works as of now, you have to give access to whole apps section and cannot just add a team member to a specific app. Also, in few cases, merchants are looking forward to assigning certain products to specific team members. We noted down all the points and had a discussion with our merchants on the above problem. With the help of their valuable feedback, we have released 'Teams Feature' in Appointo.

What is supported in Teams Feature?

  • Merchants can now add team members to Appointo
  • Merchants can assign products and variants to specific team members simply via the Appointo dashboard.
  • No need to add team members to the Shopify store to access the Appointo app. Once added to Appointo Team, we have a separate dashboard for team members to log in and manage their bookings (https://app.appointo.me/web) Only products and bookings assigned to the team members will be accessible to the respective member. In this way, you can manage the permissions of the app.
  • Merchants have access to all bookings via Appointo's Shopify admin dashboard.
  • All Team members can connect and sync their Google Calendar.
  • All Appointo features are supported for all team members and Shopify admin. Supported features list:
