Hi,
I've got the Shopify app and Shopify POS app running on a iPad with iOS 9.3.5
Apps open correctly in the Shopfiy POS app but not in the Shopify app.
This is happening for all apps, including Shopify apps such as Order printer
Is this a known issue?
I also noticed that apps don't open in the Safari browser anymore.
Actually, none of the admin site work, because the Mobile Safari version is 9.0 and Shopify refuses to load because it is not supported. I choose continue but this doesn't work. This used to work so I'm assuming that Shopify dropped supported for 9.0 recently. Maybe it's related?
It's a shame because it was my only way of testing on Safari... Unfortunately, I cannot update Safari since this is handled by iOS, which is alread up to date...

Hi there, not sure if this is the exact same thing or not but I thought I'd share as I haven't seen any responses.
For a month now, I have been unable to access any of my Shopify apps. I even tried upgrading iOS on my MacBook. Tonight I tried to access apps using my iPhone and got an error message telling me to change the privacy settings on my phone and it worked:
