Apps to collect reviews for my entire store/business (not just product reviews)

Hi,

I would like to start collecting reviews for my entire business/store, rather than just product reviews, and I was wondering if anyone could help me with the name of some apps which would be best for this. I will use Google reviews once I receive my postcard in the mail from Google, but until then is there anything that can be recommended for me to use?

Hi @EstiloLiving 

We use Yotpo, which has this feature in their paid plans, along with many many many other features.

However, keep in mind it is also a very expensive app.
