Bold Subscription App

Hi, I added the Bold Subscription app but can not get it to connect or do anything with my store. Any advice on what to do? I've contacted Bold with no response.

I use the same app, and during the set up, you have to ask them to install the code, but be warned, their support response time is very slow, and i've experienced over the years using the app, you get a lot of pointing blame. I am not all that satisfied with the app, but given there are limited apps for subscription I really had no choice
