My browser won't save passwords correctly any more. Is there a system I can use to save passwords in the browser. Or do I need to keep a list and login manually every time?
I have over 5 store accounts and many customer accounts for testing. I was just locked of my partner login, because my browser was unable to correctly find the right password.
I did have a system for saving passwords in the browser that was working, but it has stopped working. Any suggestions of a system for saving passwords in the browser. The only one that I can thing of is to set all my passwords to the same value, which I would rather not do.

Completely agree with you here. Remembering so many different passwords can be tough and a nuisance. The best password manager software I have come across (and use personally) is Last Pass. Last Pass can save sites as you log in, import sites from your email and import or upload from other password managing software should you wish. I would definitely recommend looking into it. There is also a free plan as well as a Chrome extension if you use Chrome as your browser. Speaking of Chrome, I use it as my default browser and know Google has a great information guide on how to manage saved passwords which would be worth reading too.

The issue is the new login system, not lack of a password manager.
redirects to https://accounts.shopify.com when requesting a password.
The new login system forces me to have 1 password for all my accounts.
redirects to https://accounts.shopify.com for login.
In chrome, passwords are saved based on the domain and the email address. Sending all login requests to the same domain means chrome
is only able to save 1 password for all my accounts. I think the same is true for Firefox and MS Edge.
Ah ok, yes, I know what you mean now.
Because of the storefront URL logins (myshopify.com/admin) changing it will now redirect to our new login service at accounts.shopify.com. Because password managers rely on URLs to identify when credentials should be auto-filled, this change "broke" password managers for some users, such as yourself. The best way around this is by going into your password manager settings and find the login credentials for the profile you wish to update. In this case, it would be the email/password combo for your store(s) you want to update. From here, you'll need to add the URL "accounts.shopify.com". Here's an example of what this looks like on the web version of 1Password:
For any logins following the initial one, the password manager will recognize the URL and you should have access to the autofill function anew.
