Can I add my plugin to shopify app store?

I have idea for shopify app store and want to add it. It will be a plugin for site. How can I add/register it is Shopify App Store?

You will need to create a public Shopify App and submit it to the App Store.

There are a few tools and tutorials from Shopify that will really help you.
