Can i get refund if i download an app from Shopify and the app is not working.

I am found a Mobile app from Shopify that I wanted to try. Meanwhile, the app charges some money but I am not sure if the app is working the way I want. If it's not can I get the refund ? Coz I do not really trust the app. I tried to find Shopify support but it's so hard to reach the chat page.  Does anyone know this?

Can understand you concern, As you know most of the apps out there have trial plans from 7 days to 30 days or so on. If the app you are using has a trial plan and you are with in trial days limit, Then it will not charge you any money. But if it charged you and you are not satisfied with the results then you can contact the app support for you concern it solely depends on them how they want to respond on this case.

@satsinghrana is absolutely correct with this, if the app is still in the trial period you'll be able to cancel the app from your Shopify admin and you won't be charged. However, if the trial period is over, or if there never was one, then you'll need to contact Shopify Support to raise a refund request with the app developer. Alternatively, if you'd like to keep the app but require support with it, then that's also something we can help with by getting you in touch with the app developer. To contact Shopify Support via chat, callback, or email please see my instructions below:

1. Log into the Shopify Help Center

2. Once you're logged in, select Support > Contact Support from the menu.

3. Type contact support in the search bar and then hit search.

4. Continue to get support then select request a callbackchat with us or email us from the options.
