We wouldn't be able to install an app for you as the account owner has to confirm the permissions from their end. Can you let me more about the error you are seeing? Could you send me a screenshot of it, please? The first thing to do would be to clear your cache and cookies and ensure you are using Google Chrome. Then log out of Shopify and log back in and try to install it again.
Let me know how this goes for you and if there are still problems, please send on the screenshot of the error message and I can take a closer look for you.
