Can you setup multiple billing (bank accounts) from 1 shopify account for multiple stores?

We have multiple franchise locations that all use 1 website. We want to have seperate billing for each location but still keep the 1 site. How is this possible in shopify?

I don't believe you can do this with Shopify Payments (Stripe based). There may be other payment gateways that will allow you to disburse funds to multiple accounts, though.

Questions:

  1. How are going to track what purchases are tied to what location? E.g. Product A is payed out to Location A.
  2. What happens (if possible) when a customer purchases Product A and Product B in the same order, and those payments need to be split between locations?
  3. Approx. how many locations? I'd imagine setting up 1000 locations with their own accounts would be difficult in man-hours, and gateways may find that fishy. Three? Not sure, but seems more likely.

So these are ice cream shops owned by either the corporation or franchisees. Franchisees would need all funds for their order to be routed to their bank accounts for each of their locations. For the corporation they just would need orders tagged per location.

Our group would also like the ability to have funds go to different accounts. We are a community group that sells flowers and tickets to special events - funds go to one bank account, we collect donations - funds go to a second bank account, and we collect dues -- funds go to a third bank account. Is it possible to link these 3 accounts to different pages on our website that is hosted by Shopify?
