Can you suggest a text messaging app?

Hello, I downloaded 3 text messaging applications all of which did not fulfill the purpose I want .. I want an application through which I can send to the customer and the name of my store appears, not an unknown number, and I will be happy if I suggest an application that meets the required purpose and is global.

I'd be happy to offer some advice. With that said, what exactly are you looking to accomplish with these text messaging apps? Is it to send shipping updates to a customer, send out marketing deals to existing customers, or to get in touch with customers who have requested assistance?

Hi yes ., I’m using text msg for updates my customers about the shipping number track and so , if u Find me both customers service an ads will be prefect , the important thing it is global ,because I tried 3 2 of them doesn’t support my area “Saudi Arabia “

Sorry for the delay! But you can give your customers the option of entering a phone number at checkout instead of an email address. Customers who choose to enter a phone number instead of an email address receive their order confirmation and shipping updates by SMS to their mobile phone. You can enable the option to enter a phone number at checkout from the Checkout page in Shopify.
