Hey Shopify team,

 

I have updated my monthly plan to a yearly plan, based on other discussionthreads. I should be able to use added carrier services now , right?

I tried with an app which needs carrier services and it does not work Could you please advise me on this?

When you upgrade to an annual billing cycle, you can avail of carrier calculated shipping for free. Our support team will need to enable this feature for you, though!
