Change Email Address for App Billing Notifications

Hi Guys - I am receiving app billing notifications to my website customer support address rather than my Shopify account email address.  For example, the emails like:

"Recurring charge approved for WHATEVERAPP"

Anyone know how I can change this?  I'm trying to clean things up so only support requests go into that address. Thanks!

Elias here with Shopify Support. I'm happy to lend a hand here!

You can change the store email address or sender email address, which are both located in the General settings (Settings > General).

From there, you'll notice two separate fields for emails - The Store email address handles the internal emails from Shopify, including the subscription and app invoices, so this is the one you'll want to change. The Sender email address handles the communications with customers, which can stay the same since this is what you're using for customer support.

Hi, how do you pre-set a different email recipient for billing information like invoices etc. I've searched everywhere and cannot locate an option. The issue we're having is that our store owner/developer is a different person to accounting.
