Hey I use Spently to customize my mails to the customers. Recently I changed the name of my store. I changed the name on every section possible include in Shopify Settings and Spently Settings but my store name at Spently is still the previous name.
It appears at the bottom of every mail as ((spently.store.name)).
I already sent massages to Spently Customer Service but no response..

From your message, it sounds like the Spently app hasn't recognized the change you've recently made. You absolutely did the right thing reaching out to their support team directly, as ultimately, to get help with third-party apps you need to contact the app's developer. However, I'd like to see if clearing your cache and cookies would make a difference. Sometimes our browsers hold onto old information if we don't clear them regularly.
