Charged for Shopify APP sevdesk integration even though i deinstalled

Hey Shopify Team,

I tested the sevdesk integration app and deinstalled it within the 7 days free testperiod. Unfortunately I still got charged and will probably be charged again, even though I havent used the APP and followed the cancellation instructions.

Their customer support couldnt help right away and asked me to get in touch with Shopify in oder to issue a refund.

Can you help me out here?
