Chat support app on site ONLY when someone available to answer chat request

Hi,

 

I've looked through the various chat support apps and couldn't find what I was looking for. I was wondering if anyone knew if there is a chat support app that could be somehow connected to ONLY show when a support person was available to answer.

 

For example, if a support person is logged into a web page or something to answer a chat request, then show the chat support icon on the store page, but if a support person is not logged into a page to answer requests, then the chat icon will not be present.

 

I'm not even sure if this is possible as it would require a dynamic checking from the store website, but it would seem to be tremendously valuable if it was.

After deeper searching, it looks like there are also quite a few, like Formilla Live Chat as well as Olark and a few others.

any word on your new chat yet?...I'm currently using ManyChat..and i'm having some issues...i put alot of work in building templates for Many Chat.and would rather keep it because of that..but I really need something thats gonna work on my site.

Facebook Chat Box by Autoketing has a solution. You can use welcome message to notify that no one is available to answer questions.
