I've looked through the various chat support apps and couldn't find what I was looking for. I was wondering if anyone knew if there is a chat support app that could be somehow connected to ONLY show when a support person was available to answer.
For example, if a support person is logged into a web page or something to answer a chat request, then show the chat support icon on the store page, but if a support person is not logged into a page to answer requests, then the chat icon will not be present.
I'm not even sure if this is possible as it would require a dynamic checking from the store website, but it would seem to be tremendously valuable if it was.
