Checkout Upsell App that saves shipping fees and edits original order?

The title says it all, but does someone know a checkout upsell app which does not generate a new order and instead edits the original order so that all is in ONE shipment (saves us a lot of shipping fee so this would be extremly useful)

I should have say that we‘re searching an embedded upselling solution, so not a popup - sorry.
