Coming Soon Products App Over Payment and not working

I downloaded the Coming Soon App by Setubridge and had 24 free access. I set the app up and was happy with it. After 24 hours, I was unable to access the app, so I attempted to pay for the monthly subscription. I tried to pay 3 times but it kept declining and I could not access the app.

It turns out the company has received 3 payment subscriptions from me. They stated that they are having technical issues, which they state is shopify's problem and reported it. In the meantime, I have no access to the app.

Am I going to be billed x 3 per month and how do I go about canceling the over subscriptions?
