Customers being charged 3 times | Digital Download App

Just opened up shop recently, two customers  have contacted me saying they were charged 3 times for the digital product they bought. I'm sure they are just processing/pending charges that will drop off, but why is this happening? I've experienced being charged twice due to common protocols between merchant and bank/credit card. 


Wondering if anyone else has this issue using the Digital Download App. Would love to do anything on my end if possible. Thanks!

Hi,

 

This just happened to me as well. Customer emailed me to complain they were charged 3 times for the same order.

 

Can someone from Shopify / Shopify Payments help shed some light on this?
