Hello, i want to ask about billing cycle of Shopify Apps.
i know that shopify cycle is 30 days from the date that apps installed. but how about if we passed the date for 3-7 days and suddenly we uninstall the apps, in the next month, am i charged fully 1 month? or i will charge proportionally? or maybe i will not charged for the apps in next month?

Thank you for reaching out regarding this, it is a really interesting question and the answer is that it will vary from app to app. Most apps would charge for the entire month if you have gone over the trial period whereas some would only charge partially. In my experience the best way to avoid this is to be proactive about it, the app developers are generally very reasonable. If you reach out to them via email to let them know that you have uninstalled their app they can reach out to our billing team to have it stricken off your invoice. This is, of course, at their own discretion, they are not obliged to do so but many do. You can learn about getting support from app developers here.
