I am new on shopify but I found it easy and smart, and my ecommerce is almost ready.
Just a big big issue: i am already a DHL customer so I have a business shipping code. The point is that after i have installed the dhl app it's not working, keep showing me the following message:
The DHL Carrier Service app requires use of the Carrier Service API store add on. Please contact Shopify to enable the Carrier Service API add on or upgrade your store to a Shopify Unlimited plan.
I have a basic plan but i have already paid for all the year. I already put my code in the app settings section.
What should I do?

Since you're new to Shopify, how have you found the platform so far? Are you close to launching your store? Before you do so, I highly recommend checking out "The Essential Shopify Store Launch Checklist", which includes a detailed outline of everything you'll need to do prior to launching. I think you'll find it pretty useful.
To address your question, Carrier Calculated Shipping is an additional feature that allows you to use your own carrier account credentials to display calculated rates at checkout. This feature also allows you to take advantage of the many shipping apps available in the Shopify App Store, with the DHL app you have installed being one of them. While this feature is typically available on our Advanced plan, you can also add it to your existing plan for an additional $20 per month. Alternatively, you can enable Carrier Calculated Shipping for free if you switch to annual billing, which also gives you 10% off your total subscription costs for the year.
If you'd like to move forward with adding this feature to your plan, please reply here to let me know and I'd be happy to move this to email and add this feature for you.
You can opt for any of the following and contact Shopify support to enable carrier calculated rates on your Shopify store.
